Welcome to Lia Menaker Studios - specializing in private voice coaching, piano lessons, songwriting lessons, and music production!
♪ A bit about me: My name is Lia Menaker, and I love helping people discover, grow, and hone their unique connection to music and performing! I have been teaching children, teens, and adults for five years, focusing on everything from musical theatre and pop singing, to classical piano, to piano for the singer, and more. As a singer/songwriter, I perform regularly in the Philadelphia area and have played in 50+ cities around the country. I have a small home studio for recording and producing music that I've slowly grown for myself and other artists - this is something I am hoping to get more students involved in! My music has been featured on Philadelphia's iHeartRadio Alt 104.5 and NPR station WXPN 88.5, and has been licensed to small international films and networks such as PBS and Netflix for use in their programming. Before turning to songwriting, my training was in musical theatre. I have a BFA in Musical Theatre from Penn State University, and have performed in touring musical theatre productions and various regional theatres around the country.
